Já pensaram num dia melhor que o Dia Internacional do Celíaco para começar este novo projecto? :)
De forma a comemorar este dia, e sendo este o meu primeiro Dia Internacional do Celíaco, aqui fica o primeiro de muitos - e bons, espero eu - posts!!
De hoje em diante poderão descobrir um pouco mais acerca da doença celíaca, da dieta isenta de glúten que deve ser seguida de forma rigorosa, dos produtos que temos ao nosso dispor, mas acima de tudo, que esta poderá continuar a ser uma dieta deliciosa!
É importante divulgar a palavra! Se este blog ajudar num novo diagnóstico, já valerá a pena!!

Have you thought about a better day than the International Coeliac Day to start this new project? :)
In order to celebrate this day, being this my first International Coeliac Day, here it is the first of many - and good, at least I hope so - posts!
From now on you can find out a bit more about coeliac disease, about the gluten free diet that must be followed rigorously, about the products that are available but, above all, that this can be a delicious diet!
It is very important to spread the word! If this blog helps in one new diagnosis, it will be already worth it!!
